Your Role: 
We are seeking an experienced production manager to join our team and run our latest fab in Buffalo, NY. This role is pivotal in driving mass customization via local manufacturing. The ideal candidate is experienced in every aspect of running an advanced manufacturing facility, from hiring, process improvements and management.

Key Responsibilities: 
  • Hiring and managing the core team that will operate our 3d printers, assemble helmets and fulfill orders.

  • Improving best practices from our Silicon Valley fab and scaling operations, improving yields and optimizing efficiency.

  • Managing raw material inputs and production forecasts to balance production resiliency with working capital requirements.

Qualifications:
  • Experienced managing a production line and/or factory.
  • Attention to detail and monitoring.
  • A positive attitude and strong work ethic, with the ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
