Customer Experience Associate at KAV (Part-Time)


We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Customer Experience Associate to support our growing team in Buffalo, NY. In this role, you’ll help manage day-to-day CX operations and ensure that every customer receives excellent support from pre-order through delivery. You’ll work closely with our production and marketing teams and contribute to improving workflows as we scale.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Customer Experience (CX) team in daily operations, collaborating with production and marketing to maintain smooth workflows.

  • Manage customer communication throughout the entire order lifecycle, providing support during the custom fit process.

  • Help to handle customer correspondence during complex situations such as supply shortages, production delays, or new product launches.

  • Help to design and implement automated processes to reduce manual tasks and enable scalable growth.

Expectations:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate with cross-functional teams

  • Experience with customer support tools (we use Gorgias and Shopify)

  • Highly detail-oriented and organized

  • Proactive mindset

  • Located in Buffalo, NY with the ability to meet with team members in person 1-2x weekly

Hours & Compensation:
This is an hourly role with flexible scheduling. Estimated 15 hours per week, with potential for growth based on performance and evolving business needs. Pay Range: $19 - $24/hr
