Your Role: 

We are seeking a highly creative and skilled Social Media & Content Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in developing and managing engaging content across our social media platforms, building authentic relationships with ambassadors and partners, and effectively communicating our brand's mission and values to a wider audience. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic and strategic thinker with a passion for storytelling and a deep understanding of brand voice and creativity in the context of achieving business and campaign goals.


Key Responsibilities: 
  • Develop and implement innovative social media content strategies that align with our brand's mission, voice, and business objectives.

  • Manage all social media channels, ensuring content is on-brand, diverse, and engages our target audience.

  • Foster and maintain genuine relationships with ambassadors, influencers, and partners to enhance emotional connections with our brand beyond our products.

  • Monitor social media performance metrics to gauge the success of content and adjust strategies as necessary.

  • Stay abreast of industry trends and utilize insights to keep our social media strategies and content fresh and relevant.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure cohesive brand messaging and to hit campaign business goals.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in social media content development and management, preferably within the cycling, lifestyle, outdoors, or sports industries.
  • Exceptional communication and creative writing skills, with the ability to adapt style and tone to match our brand's voice.
  • Strong understanding of social media analytics and the ability to use data to inform content strategies.
  • Experience building and maintaining relationships with ambassadors, influencers, and partners.
  • A positive attitude and strong work ethic, with the ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
  • A passion for cycling is a plus.
